We know what it’s like to be 16 years old with a dream of going pro. We spent our teenage years as national-level javelin throwers, obsessed with the sport, but trapped by our surroundings. We had the work ethic, but we didn’t have the $500/month coaching setup or the elite performance team.

We watched talented peers plateau and get injured because they were following generic "one-size-fits-all" programs. We realized that elite-level training was a gatekept secret, reserved only for those with the right zip code or the right bank account.
